If you are interested in having your own table at one of our fairs, prices for a 6ft table start at £28 or £32 and vary for each venue. We supply the table(s) and chairs so you only have to bring a tablecloth, your goods and yourself. We only ask that the items you bring to sell are antiques, collectables, vintage or retro and in a condition befitting the items.

At most venues we have our own caterer whose food is very tasty at very fair prices. Parking is free and adjacent to the venue. Access is normally flat or with a slope for trolley access or a maximum of 2-3 easy steps. We’ve been in the selling situation so we know what you need.

Setting up is from 90 mins to 2 hours before each fair start time, although other dealers often look around before the official opening times. When the fair closes we allow 60-90 mins for sellers to pack up and depart.
